FAQ

Turf tape is specially designed to join two pieces of artificial grass together. If you are using self-adhesive turf tape, just peel off the release paper and stick the tape to the back of the pieces of your turf.

You can keep your artificial turf in place with the help of a suitable seaming process. First, you use turf tape or adhesive to join the turf pieces together. After that, you will have to secure the borders of your lawn to keep them in place by using nails. You may also use glue to hold the edges of your artificial turf in its place.

  • Cut the edges of the two pieces of your artificial grass to a neat finish.
  • Lay out the pieces of your grass.
  • Place your turf tape with the release film on top and cut it to the same size as your grass.
  • Move one piece of grass on the tape until it reaches the middle.
  • Now start installing by removing the release film and applying firm pressure on the grass to let it fix on the turf.
  • Now install the second grass piece by placing it over the tape, removing a small part of the film, and fixing it on the tape by applying pressure.

The adhesive side of the artificial turf tape is hot melt high-pressure glue that lets the adhesive stay on the grass very tightly. The hot melt glue has high adhesion, so if you press grass firmly on the tape while installing, it will stay put for at least 7 to 8 years.
