If you are sourcing artificial grass for resale, installation, or a project, the product is only half the decision. The manufacturer must also control specifications, repeat orders, packaging, documentation, and communication. Tiger Lily Garden works with overseas buyers on landscape turf, sports turf, grass yarn, and installation accessories from China.
Send us your application, target market, expected quantity, and any specification you already use. We will help you narrow the options before preparing samples or a quotation.
Artificial grass manufacturing for commercial buyers
A useful factory conversation starts with the job the turf has to do. A soft residential lawn, a pet area, a school playground, and a football field should not be quoted as if they were the same product. Pile height alone is not enough. Yarn material and shape, Dtex, stitch rate, gauge, backing, drainage, colour, roll size, and the complete installed system all affect suitability and cost.
Tiger Lily Garden supplies artificial grass for landscaping, residential and commercial areas, pets, children, golf, football, and other sports applications. Buyers can also source artificial grass yarn and installation accessories for a more coordinated purchasing programme.
What you can source
- Landscape turf: options for gardens, commercial landscaping, balconies, display areas, and other decorative applications.
- Sports turf: product selection based on sport, traffic, infill, maintenance plan, and the requirements of the complete field system.
- Pet and play-area turf: specifications considered around drainage, cleaning, comfort, and the intended use environment.
- Artificial grass yarn: monofilament, fibrillated, curled, and other yarn categories for turf production.
- Accessories: joining tape, pins, geotextile membrane, adhesive, and related installation items.
Not every specification is available for every application or test requirement. Tell us which documents or standards your market requires before sampling so the product and paperwork can be reviewed together.
How we turn a requirement into a production specification
- Application review. We clarify where the turf will be installed, expected traffic, climate, drainage conditions, appearance target, and price position.
- Specification proposal. Suitable yarn, pile, density, gauge, backing, colour, and roll dimensions are compared. Where a lower-cost construction is adequate, we say so.
- Sample approval. Samples are checked against the agreed specification and appearance before a bulk order is confirmed.
- Production and inspection. The order is produced to the approved requirements, with checks appropriate to the product and order.
- Packing and shipment preparation. Roll sizes, labels, marks, and documents are confirmed for the destination and sales channel.

Custom and OEM artificial grass
For established distributors and private-label buyers, customization can cover the product specification, colour combination, roll dimensions, labels, and packaging. A custom project should begin with a reference sample or a written specification, not a vague request for “the same quality.” That makes price comparisons more accurate and reduces disagreement later.
If you are developing a new range, start with a small, deliberate assortment: an entry product, a core seller, and a higher-specification option for the applications that justify it. Our OEM and private-label service page explains the process in more detail.
What to include in your artificial grass RFQ
- country and intended application;
- pile height, yarn material or shape, Dtex, density or stitch rate, and gauge;
- backing and drainage requirements;
- colour or reference sample;
- roll width and length;
- estimated quantity and purchasing schedule;
- required tests, certificates, labels, and packaging;
- destination port and target delivery date.
If some details are unknown, tell us the application and market first. We can propose a specification for review instead of forcing you to guess.
Questions buyers usually ask
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes, sample selection is part of the sourcing process. The most useful request includes the application, market, target price position, and any benchmark specification so the samples are relevant.
Can you match an existing product?
A physical sample and complete data sheet give the best basis for comparison. Visual similarity alone does not prove that yarn, backing, density, or performance is equivalent.
Do you support custom packaging?
Private labels, roll marks, and packaging can be discussed during quotation. Feasibility and order requirements depend on the design and product, so confirm these items before approving the order.
How do I compare two factory quotations?
Normalize the application, material, Dtex, pile height, gauge, stitch rate or density, backing, roll dimensions, packing, Incoterm, and test requirements. A lower unit price can reflect a different construction rather than a better purchase.
